This site is dedicated to providing up-to-date information on hepatitis C, HIV, and HCV/HIV co-infection as it relates to federal and state lobbying efforts and HIV and HCV public policies and funding programs. Moreover to specifically address the issues of those disproportionately affected by the epidemic, namely intravenous drug users and the substance using community at large. The site was initiated by and designed for advocates, service providers, and HIV/HCV co-infected consumers.
